Gervonta Davis Accused Of Strip Club Attack
Gervonta Davis’ strange year continues, as the fighter has been accused of assaulting a woman during an incident at a Dallas strip club.
The woman is looking for $2 million from the Baltimore born boxer, accusing Davis of punching her in the side of the head on April 30th at the King of Diamonds club in Dallas.
The victim alleges that she was hospitalized with a “traumatic head injury” and has been seeing a psychologist due to the ramifications of the attack and seeks the $2 million “as compensation for her serious physical injury and emotional trauma.”
This is the second bit of legal trouble Davis has gotten into this month, as the WBA super featherweight champion would be arrested in September for a Washington D.C. street fight over a bar tab.
Davis has only fought once in 2018, and has been campaigning to be more active, blaming his promoter Floyd Mayweather of not doing what’s best for the young fighter’s career.
