Greg Hardy Wins Second MMA Bout

Greg Hardy’s amateur MMA career is going well thus far, it’s safe to say.

Following his 32-second win last month, Hardy competed at Rite of Passage 2 in Bossier City, Louisiana, on Friday night, defeating opponent Kenneth Woods in 96 seconds.

Hardy was an all-pro defensive player for the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys before domestic abuse charges forced him out of the league in 2014. Hardy received 18 months probation and the charges were dropped after the alleged victim did not testify in court.

Since then, Hardy has been training at American Top Team, the same place that has produced many pro MMA champions, including current UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley, current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes and current Bellator Welterweight Champion Douglas Lima.
