Hardy Wins Second Pro Fight In 17 Seconds

It only took 17 seconds for Greg Hardy to remain undefeated inside the Octagon.

The UFC prospect returned to the Tuesday Night Contender Series this week, and guzzle Tebaris Gordon with a flurry of strikes.

In his first appearance earlier this year, Hardy would earn a developmental contract by dropping fellow ex-NFL’er Austen Lane in 57 seconds.

“I haven’t seen the replays yet, but honestly I think I can be more in control,” Hardy said. “I was kind of in danger a little bit, with my hands low. I feel I can work on that, jitters. I would call it an experience. I’m all about plugging holes my man.”

Hardy, a former NFL all-pro, transitioned to MMA after his NFL career was ended due to allegations and charges of domestic violence in 2014. Hardy was alleged to have assaulted his then girlfriend, and throwing her on to a bed of guns, the victim would fail to appear in court for a jury trial during Hardy’s appeal of the charges, but these issues coupled with a cocaine position charge would run him out of the NFL.
