Mayhem Miller Pleads Guilty To Domestic Violence

Jason “Mayhem” Miller has pled guilty on a domestic violence charge in Orange County, California, according to TMZ.com.

Miller,who has a history of domestic violence issues was arrested and charged with five domestic violence-related felony charges on September 27th. Miller would also be charged with a separate domestic violence related felony charge for vandalizing a former girlfriend’s car and house, as well as two misdemeanors for damaging cell phones.

 Miller was released from Orange County Jail early Tuesday morning after negotiating a plea deal in which all but one of the charges would be thrown out. According to TMZ, the Mission Viejo, California resident pled guilty to corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant.

Per the terms of his plea, Miller was given three years’ probation, and a suspended four-year prison sentence with credit for 62 days already served.

Miller was released to a rehab facility and must stay sober for the duration of his probation as part of his terms. A violation would result in Miller serving his prison sentence.
