Mitakeumi Remains Undefeated In Nagoya

It would take less than 2 seconds for Mitakeumi to remain undefeated on Monday, as he would blow past Daishomaru, on the ninth day of the 15 day Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament.

Mitakeumi would charge towards Daishomaru slipped to his left and hooked his right forearm behind the sekiwake’s neck. Yet it would be a pivot to the right by Mitakeumi to set his opponent off-balance and out of the ring.

Ozeki Takayasu remains two wins behind the leader, as he would find a way out of near defeat by forcing Tamawashi out of the ring.
