Pacquiao Not Intimidated By Spence

Sitting right at ringside for Errol Spence’s win over Mikey Garcia, WBA “regular” welterweight champion was not impressed or intimidated by IBF welterweight titleholder.

“He doesn’t really hit that hard,” said Pacquiao to Nick Giongco of Tempo.

Going further, Pacquiao compared Spence to the man Pacquiao faced in his 2001 United States debut, Lehlo Ledwaba.

Pacquiao and Spence have any number of options for their next fight, due to their allegiance with Premier Boxing Champions, who represents a litany of fellow heavyweights.

“I have to talk to Al Haymon first,” Pacquiao said about a return to the ring. “I want it in July so that my work at the Senate won’t be affected.”
