UFC On FOX Ends With 1.8 Million Viewers

1.8 Million people would tune in for the end of the UFC’s seven-year partnership with FOX, as Al Iaquinta would beat Kevin Lee in the main event.

The UFC on FOX 31 main event would peak with 2.4 million people watching the lightweight showdown, third highest main event of the five FOX events in 2018, but the least-watched UFC on FOX card since joining the network in 2011.

The full card would see an average of 1,867,000 viewers, with 16,000 average viewers per minute on FOX’s streaming services.

Competing on a night that saw Canelo Alvarez fight Rocky Fielding on DAZN, Bellator 213 also on DAZN, as well as an NFL Network broadcast of the Cleveland Browns and the Denver Broncos, the UFC walked into tough competition, but would beat programming seen on terrestrial competitors ABC, CBS, and NBC.
