The hardest task for Kell Brook leading into his welterweight title defense with Errol Spence was getting his weight back down to 147 lbs. Now that struggle is over, as both he and Spence made weight at the official weigh-ins on Friday morning ahead of their title showdown.
Brook, who moved up to middleweight in his last fight and whose weight cut has been a topic of concern, weighed in at 146.5 lbs. while Spence weighed in comfortably at 146.4 lbs.
