Tyson Fury has weighed in nearly five stone heavier than opponent Sefer Seferi for his long-awaited comeback fight in Manchester.
Fury weighed in at 19st 10lbs 2oz (276.2 pounds) on Friday, slightly heavier than his 19-and-a-half stone prediction at Thursday’s press conference.
Meanwhile, Seferi who fights at heavyweight for the second time in his 11 year pro career, weighed in at 15st 2oz (210.2 pounds) for Saturday’s fight at the Manchester Arena.
“Sefer is a good fighter, I’m not underestimating him,” said Fury. “I look at him the same way I look at [Anthony] Joshua, Wladimir [Klitshcko], [Deontay] Wilder, anybody.
“I want to keep on going, win all my belts back and become the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world again. It is my job not to let him do that.”
