WATCH: MacDonald vs. Daley Highlights

Bellator returned to the SSE Arena in London, England on May 19 with Bellator 179, which saw a main event of hometown hero Paul Daley facing off with former UFC welterweight title challenger Rory MacDonald in MacDonald’s promotional debut.

The fight was pretty one-sided, with MacDonald forcing Daley to submit in his home country 1:45 into the second round. You can view highlights from the fight in the video above.

Elsewhere on the main card, another native son was forced to submit, as former Bellator light heavyweight champion Liam McGeary tapped out in the third round during his bout with Linton Vassell. Kevin Ferguson Jr. (aka Baby Slice), son of the late Kimbo Slice, scored his first professional win in the main card’s opening bout, defeating DJ Griffin via TKO in 3:40.
