After Buying House, Yordenis Ugás Recalls How Life Was Like Before Fame

Yordenis Ugás has become a well-known face in the boxing industry in recent years. His recent decision victory over Manny Pacquiao has raised his stocks further and he has now become a potent threat for other boxers in the division.

The WBA welterweight champion has revealed on social media that he has just purchased his first home in the US.

“I didn’t want to talk about this. I get emotional, but it’s good to share it,” he said.

“I hope it motivates you not to give up and fight for your dreams. Five years ago, I came to Vegas, I didn’t have a car, and I had to share Uber with other people to go to my training. Today I have my house.”

“My full paid house. Thank God forever for this great blessing and every opportunity.”
The Cuban star has been ordered to take on Eimantas Stanionis next. He will then be put up against Radzhab Butaev as part of the WBA’s plan to reduce the number of titles.

Ugás has been longing for a title fight against Errol Spence Jr for months. With a couple of more wins, he is most likely to have the money fight for the IBF, WBC and WBA straps.
