Alexa Grasso will return to the UFC against Natalia Silva at UFC 315 on May 10.
The flyweight fight will take place from the Bell Center in Montreal. It will be Silva’s first fight since losing to Valentina Shevchenko in their trilogy clash at UFC 306 from The Sphere. The defeat cost Grasso her UFC Flyweight Title. She had previously beaten Valentina at UFC 285 via a fourth-round submission. Meanwhile, their second fight at UFC Noche ended in a controversial split draw.
Silva is undefeated in the UFC. She has racked up six consecutive wins, which have made her the fifth-best fighter in the flyweight rankings. She enters the fight with a unanimous decision against Jessica Andrade at UFC Vegas 97 last September. If Valentina does move up to bantamweight, the winner could move closer to getting a shot at the vacant title.
