One of the most well-regarded prospects in recent memory is reportedly on his way to the big leagues. French two-division BAMMA champion Tom Duquesnoy is expected to sign with the UFC. The news was first reported by French publication L’Avenir de l’Artois and later confirmed by multiple sources.
Duquesnoy has been one of the most coveted prospects in Europe for the past few years, having dominated the European circuit for the better part of four years. He will enter he UFC with a 14-1 record.
The 23-year-old has been doing much of his training at Jackson-Wink, one of the top camps in the sport, and promises to be one of the most exciting young fighters in the sport’s top promotion.
Though he comes from a Combat Sambo background, Duquesnoy has an increasingly well-rounded striking skill-set and an exciting style that is sure to make an impact with UFC fans.
Duquesnoy has actually been offered a UFC contract back in 2014, but he decided to stay on the regional circuit until he felt he was prepared to take on the best fighters in the world.
