Two Titles On The Line At GLORY 26 In Amsterdam

GLORY is heading to Amsterdam to end 2016 in style.

Two of the promotion’s champions will defend their respective belts in their native country.

GLORY 26 will take place on Friday, Dec. 4, 2015 and will be the first GLORY card to ever be held in the Netherlands.

In the headliner, Holland’s own Rico Verhoeven (46-10) will defend his heavyweight title against the winner of the upcoming GLORY 24 four-man heavyweight “contender” tournament taking place on Oct. 9 in Denver. The semifinal matchups for GLORY 24 are Benjamin Adegbuyi vs. Mladen Brestovac and Ben Edwards vs. Jahfar Wilnis.

The co-headliner at GLORY 26 will feature another Netherlands native, Nieky Holzken (87-11), who will put his welterweight title on the line against the winner of the GLORY 25 four-man welterweight “contender” tournament taking place on Nov. 6 in Monza, Italy.
