Sean Strickland is set to challenge Dricus du Plessis for the middleweight title on February 9th at UFC 312, and the undercard that now has been officially announced will include an additional title fight in the co-main event.
The organization will return to Australia for UFC 312, with the event going down at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. While a number of fights have been set, the full card has not yet been made official, other than the PPV portion.
In addition to the middleweight title being on the line come February 9th, it appears that Weili Zhang will attempt to defend her strawweight title when she meets Tatiana Suarez in the co-main event.
In the featured bout, Australia’s Justin Tafa will be aiming to display his hard hitting nature versus undefeated Brazilian Tallison Teixeira, for what is sure to be an exciting heavyweight pairing. Additionally, 205-pounders Jimmy Crute and Rodolfo Bellato will square off, as well as welterweights Jake Matthews and Francisco Prado.
