Andrade Owes Saunders A “Beating”

Demetrius Andrade wants nothing to do with a fight if it does not involve Gennadiy Golovkin on Canelo Alvarez.

He made that point clear following his win over Maciej Sulecki in June from his hometown of Providence, Rhode Island. Yet that doesn’t mean there are not other fighters on his list.

“I owe Billy Joe Saunders a beating,” Andrade (28-0, 17KOs) told reporters after the win over Sulecki.

Saunders holds the WBO super middleweight title, moving up in weight after failing a drug test prior to his scheduled October 2018 fight against Andrade.
