Anthony Joshua’s Explosive Punching Power

Anthony Joshua (29-4, 26 KOs) shared a clip from his training, showcasing his explosiveness on the heavy bag.

The 36-year-old Briton captioned the 23-second display of power: “Fighting through pain is the best way to heal.” Joshua’s return to training follows a fatal car accident last December that claimed the lives of two of his closest friends and core team members: strength and conditioning coach Sina Ghami and personal trainer Latif “Latz” Ayodele. While Joshua survived with what were initially described as “minor injuries,” there remain doubts over his next move. The following clip shows Joshua hitting the heavy bag, hinting that he will box again amid rumors of a summer return and a potential Tyson Fury fight.
