Arman Tsarukyan is set for his next RAF appearance, and this time he will compete for a middleweight title against Dillon Danis on October 3rd in Las Vegas.
First, the Armenian will make his first UFC octagon appearance since November 2025, when he meets Mauricio Ruffy in the co-main event of UFC 331 on September 19th.
In Tsarukyan’s most recent appearance at a ‘Real American Freestyle’ wrestling event, he fell short on the judges’ scorecards against former interim UFC titleholder Colby Covington, in a bout that determined the ‘RAF crossover cruiserweight champion’. Now, he will make his return to the RAF mat, to square off with the always controversial Dillon Danis.
Danis boasts a record of 0-2 with RAF, which makes people question his deservingness of competing for a belt against Tsarukyan, who carries a record of 7-1 with the promotion. That said, his popularity and notoriety from a marketing standpoint make the whole situation quite appealing. The BJJ blackbelt famously faced Logan Paul in the boxing ring back in 2023, and he now carries the Misfits MMA lightweight title, which he earned with a first-round submission in August 2025.
