Aspinall Returns To Training
UFC Heavyweight Champion Tom Aspinall (15-3, 1 NC) officially confirmed his return to full-time training.
The footage marks Aspinall’s first full-contact session since his first title defense against Ciryl Gane at UFC 321 last October, which ended in a no-contest. Aspinall was struck by a double eye poke that left him with “significant traumatic bilateral Brown’s syndrome”—a rare condition that severely restricted his eye movement and caused persistent double vision. Aspinall underwent a two-part surgical procedure, and now appears he has recovered as he is back to work in the gym working on his striking, which he showcased in the following post.
