Born Stevenson Adonis in Port-au-Prince Haiti on September 22nd, in 1977, he’s now best known to boxing fans as Adonis “Superman” Stevenson. Currently residing and fighting out of Quebec, Canada the southpaw began his career in 2004 and ran his record to 13-0 with 10 knockouts before being knocked out in the 2nd round by Darnell Boone in a huge upset loss in 2010. This loss was a wakeup call for Stevenson as he came back better than ever after the loss.
In 2013 Stevenson won the WBC world title, as well as the Ring and lineal light heavyweight titles with a first round knockout of Chad Dawson. In September of 2015 Dawson made his 6th successful title defense and is considered one of the top ten best pound-for-pound boxers in the world.
