Last Fight vs. Rafael Rivera 8/17/19
The brother of fellow boxer Diego Magdaleno, Jessie Magdaleno had probably one of the best amateur careers a boxer could have, going 120-16 while winning a United States National Championship and a National Golden Gloves title.
Magdaleno made his professional debut on Nov. 6, 2010. Magdaleno won 10 of his first 15 bouts by KO/TKO, but then didn’t step in the ring again for about three years. He returned to in-ring action with a victory over Rey Perez in February 2016. On Nov. 5, 2016, Magdaleno defeated Nonito Donaire to win the WBO super bantamweight title.
