Johnriel Casimero is a Filipino boxer who is a two-division world champion.

Making his professional debut on June 3, 2007, Casimero won the interim WBO Light Flyweight Championship by defeating Cesar Canchila on Dec. 19, 2009, a bout where he improved his record to 14-0. He lost the title to Ramon Garcia Hirales seven months later for his first professional loss.

Casimero won the interim IBF Light Flyweight title on Feb. 10, 2012, defeating Luis Alberto Lazarte, and he was later promoted to official champion. Casimero, however, lost the title on the scales after failing to make weight for a title fight in May 2014. Casimero won the IBF Flyweight Championship in May 2016.

Casimero made his super flyweight debut on June 25, defeating Richie Mepranum.
