Bio

Shinsuke Yamanaka was born in Shinga Japan on October 11th in 1982. He made his professional boxing debut in 2006 and in 2010 with a record of 11-0-2 Yamanaka won the Japanese bantamweight title. In 2011 he was named Japan’s fighter of the year and won the vacant WBC bantamweight world title. Yamanaka made his 9th consecutive world title defense in September of 2015 and was ranked as the top bantamweight in the world.
