After missing out on a chance to fight for a vacant bantamweight title in late September, Jack Shore will finally get another title opportunity at Cage Warrior’s premier event in December.
Cage Warriors announced on social media that Shore will fight Mike Ekundayo for the vacant bantamweight title at Cage Warriors 100 on December 8, taking place in Cardiff, Wales.

Shore was supposed to fight for the title on Cage Warriors 97, but his opponent pulled out at the last minute, meaning Shore faced replacement opponent Wessley Maia. Shore improved to 9-0 with a first-round TKO over Maia at the event.
Ekundayo last fought in July when he got a unanimous decision victory over Ed Arthur. Now with a perfect 7-0 MMA record, Ekundayo also fought in Bellator and at Rise of Champions. This will be Ekundayo’s first title fight at Cage Warriors.
Also set for action at Cage Warriors 100 are bantamweights Joshua Reed and Kris Edwards Joe McColgan, and former promotional welterweight champion, Nicolas Dalby.
The bantamweight title was previously held by current UFC fighter Brett Johns and the last titleholder was Nathaniel Wood, who vacated the belt to join the UFC earlier this year.
