Bellator 190: Carvalho Quickly Stops Sakara
The crowd at the Nelson Mandela Forum in Florence, Italy was stunned silent at the end of the Bellator 190 main event. It didn’t take Rafael Carvalho even one minute to defeat the countryman Alessio Sakara and retain the Bellator Middleweight Championship.
The two met in the center of the cage and delivered a brief exchange before Sakara was stunned by a right hand. Carvalho then pounced on the fighter against the cage, landing multiple shots until Sakara was declared out cold.
