Bellator 246 Weigh-in Results: Juan Archuleta vs. Patchy Mix
The Bellator 246 weigh-ins have wrapped up and we have ourselves a title fight.
On Saturday, September 12, Bellator 246 will take place inside an empty Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. In the main event, Juan Archuleta and Patchy Mix will collide for the vacant Bellator Bantamweight Championship. Previous champion, Kyoji Horiguchi, relinquished the title due to an injury.
The title fight between Archuleta and Mix is now official as both men made weight. Archuleta clocked in at 134.6 pounds, while Mix weighed in at 135 pounds.
In the co-main event, welterweights Jon Fitch and Neiman Gracie will go one-on-one. Fitch (170.4) and Gracie (170.8) both hit their target weight for the co-headliner.
The weigh-ins weren’t perfect, however. DeAnna Bennett missed weight for her scheduled women’s flyweight bout with Liz Carmouche by 5.7 pounds. Keoni Diggs was one pound off for his lightweight tilt with Derek Campos.
