Bellator will return to Italy on October 12, as Milan’s new Allianz Cloud arena will host a night of both Bellator MMA and Bellator Kickboxing.
MMA veteran and Italy own’s Alessio Sakara has already been confirmed for the main card of the Bellator event. Fighting exclusively on Italian Bellator cards, Sakara debuted with wins over Brian Rogers and Joey Beltran in 2016 before being knocked out in 45 seconds by then-middleweight champ Rafael Carvalho. After rebounding with a quick finish of Jamie Sloane at Bellator 203, Sakara was upset by Kent Kauppinen at Bellator 211.
In addition, former K-1 champion Chingiz Allazov is already confirmed for the Bellator Kickboxing portion of the event. Allazov competed at Bellator Kickboxing 10 for the inaugural Bellator Kickboxing Lightweight Championship, getting knocked out by Giorgio Petrosyan.
