Bellator Kickboxing 8 Recap

Multiple kickboxing stars competed at Bellator Kickboxing 8 on Saturday night, taking place at the Nelson Mandela Forum in Florence, Italy, immediately following Bellator 190.

In the main event, Bellator Kickboxing Welterweight Champion Raymond Daniels defeated Giannis Boukis in a non-title fight. Daniels was in control, pacing the striking from the beginning. He nearly swept the judges’ scorecards. Daniels now has a six-fight win streak, with four of the six wins coming by TKO.

Joe Schilling scored a decision victory of his own in the co-main event, defeating Filip Verlinden, while the legendary John Wayne Parr got a win via referee stoppage over Piergiulio Paolucci.

Bellator Kickboxing Featherweight Champion Kevin Ross lost his non-title bout against Hamza Imane, while former GLORY Featherweight Champion Gabriel Varga scored a TKO win over Roberto Gheorghita.
