Bellator Milan/Bellator 230: Manhoef KOs Bahati

If this is Melvin Manhoef’s final fight, or at least his final one in Bellator, it was quite the bang to go out on.

Manhoef scored a knockout of Yannick Bahati to put a bow on Bellator Milan, as he got the fight to the ground fairly early and delivered some hard ground-and-pound until the referee stepped in.

Other highlights from Bellator Milan included Italian fan-favorite Alessio Sakara finishing Canaan Grisby in just 23 seconds and Nicolo Solli scoring a first-round submission of Dan Cassell.

The Bellator 230 portion of the event saw former middleweight champion Rafael Carvalho’s light heavyweight debut get spoiled by Vadim Nemkov, as Nemkov scored a submission with about a minute left in the second round.
