Bellew Calls Out Fury After Seferi Fight

After an expected victory for Tyson Fury, former WBC cruiserweight champion Tony Bellew, has claimed he can knockout the “Gypsy King.”

Fury, who had devastated converted cruiserweight Sefer Seferi, in four rounds, will be set to return on the undercard of a Carl Frampton headlined card in Belfast, Northern Ireland on August 18th.

And while it may not be Bellew who faces off with Fury in August, he took to Twitter to

“I will knock the big man Tyson Fury out. Simple as that” he wrote on Twitter.

Fury responded with a claim that he wants “someone big.” ‘Small ones, I don’t like them. Big. Look at [Anthony] Joshua and [Deontay] Wilder, they’re all over 6ft 5in.

“I’ve got to prepare for people like that. Big, big, big guys. Big, slow, ugly fellas.”

Fury’s promoter Frank Warren would say its up to Bellew to come to the table for a fight with the former world heavyweight champion.
