The last time Rothwell (39-13) fought was at UFC Fight Night 188.
He defeated UFC debutant Chris Barnett in the second round via submission guillotine choke. He finished 90% of his opponents in 39 victories earlier.
In his last four contests, he was defeated only once against Polish fighter Marcin Tybura, who fought four times during 2020 and earned victories in all of them.
De Lima (18-7), a Brazilian fighter, is coming out from a victory against Maurice Greene at UFC on ESPN 24.
Last time he suffered a loss was against undefeated prospect Alexander Romanov at the end of the first round.
The Brazilian landed huge shots, and Romanov was hurt, but de Lima was caught via Romanov’s forearm choke.
Max Holloway and Yair Rodriguez will headline the event in a top featherweight clash. Rodriguez has not seen the octagon in two years.
