Plans are coming together for the UFC’s return to Austin in December, and headlining the card will be a 5-round lightweight battle between Beneil Dariush (22-5) and Arman Tsarukyan (20-3).
Earlier this week, UFC President and CEO Dana White took to Twitter (X) to officially announce the full card lineup, which will also a 5-round co-main event between Dan Hooker and Bobby Green.

While Dariush will look to bounce back following a first round loss to Charles Oliveira back in June, his opponent, Tsarukyan, has found success in his last two outings. Four months ago at UFC Fight Night: Vettori vs. Cannonier, Tsarukyan further proved that he is the real deal in the lightweight division, with a dominant ground and pound victory over Joaquim Silva (12-4).
Prior to Dariush’s loss to Oliveira, he was riding an eight fight win streak, and could sense a title shot close by. While the loss served as a considerable setback, Dariush is looking to move forward and work his way back into the championship conversation.
