Berchelt got off to a strong start in the first round and quickly got Sosa on the canvas in the second with a flurry. Sosa got up and continued to eat strong shots, but the challenger managed to fire back in an attempt to answer.
Berchelt, however, finished things off in the fourth by dropping Sosa with another big combination of strikes, and upon Sosa getting back up, swarmed him again until the fight was stopped.
