BKFC Signs Iranian Hulk

If you missed the PRIDE and early UFC “freak-fights” do we have news for you.

During Saturday’s BKFC 9 event, a promo video announced that the organization has signed Sajad Gharibi, who is known as the “Iranian Hulk.”

A 27-year-old bodybuilder from Ahwaz, Iran who has become internet famous due to his freakishly large upper body.

The organization, which signed the fight between former UFC fighter Artem Lobov and former boxing world champion Paulie Malignaggi, is promoting Gharibi’s debut as “World War III: USA vs. Iran.”

“This guy’s going to make his Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship debut in early 2020,” Promotion President David Feldman said following the event. “We’re going to do a show entitled ‘USA vs. Iran: World War III.’ He’s literally our biggest signing we’ve ever had. But he’s going to make his way over to Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, he’s gonna make a home here, and we expect really, really big things from ‘The Iranian Hulk.’”
