BREAKING: Fight On Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr. Card Canceled

One bout will not be featured on the Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr. card.

The Tyson vs. Jones card is set to take place on Saturday night, November 28. Tyson and Jones will go one-on-one in an exhibition bout. The match is set for eight two-minute rounds. The action is being held inside the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

At first, the main card opener was scheduled to feature Viddal Riley vs. Rashad Coulter. Back issues forced Riley off the card. Hasim Rahman Jr., the son of a former heavyweight champion, stepped up as a replacement opponent. As it turns out, he won’t be making it to fight night either.

Coulter informed BoxingScene.com that Rahman tested positive for COVID-19, therefore the bout is off. While Coulter will not be fighting another replacement opponent, he will be getting his fight purse.
