BREAKING: UFC Vegas 23 Fight Canceled

One fight on the UFC Vegas 23 card has been canceled.

The preliminary portion of UFC Vegas 23 was set to feature the promotional debut of Erin Blanchfield. She was going to share the Octagon with Norma Dumont. While Blanchfield made the bantamweight limit, Dumont missed weight by 3.5 pounds.

Nolan King of MMAJunkie has reported that Blanchfield vs. Dumont has now been removed from the card after the Nevada State Athletic Commission deemed Dumont medically unfit to compete.
