Brendan Allen, Brad Tavares To Meet At UFC Fight Night On December 4
Brendan Allen will get a chance to enter the top 15 if he defeats No. 13 ranked middleweight Brad Tavares.
Allen (17-4 MMA, 5-1 UFC) and Tavares (19-6 MMA, 14-6 UFC) have been added to the UFC Fight Night card for December 4, expected to take place in Las Vegas.
Allen’s 26, only loss in the UFC was served by No. 7 ranked middleweight Sean Strickland.
In 2021, he already earned two victories against Karl Roberson and Punahele Soriano. He also defeated guys like Kevin Holland, Tom Breese and Kyle Daukaus.
Before signing into the UFC, the young fighter managed to win the title of LFA.
Tavares is a veteran of the UFC.
He has been a member of the promotion since 2010. Most of his losses are against tough opponents like Israel Adesanya, Robert Whittaker, Edmen Shahbazyan and Yoel Romero.
Just like his rival, he fought twice in 2021, and celebrated victory in both. He defeated Omari Akhmedov and Antonio Carlos Jr.
