Canelo Vs. Charlo Weigh-In Results

Canelo Alvarez and Jermell Charlo weighed in for their fight on September 30th, 2023, behind closed doors, as the media were not permitted to cover the official weigh-in.

There will be a ceremonial weigh-in at 2:30 p.m. PDT, which will be open to the public ahead of the fight. Canelo will defend his undisputed titles for the third time, while Charlo moves up from 154 in an attempt to make history at super middleweight by becoming undisputed in a second weight class.

Alvarez weighed in comfortably under the 168-pound limit at 167.4 pounds. Meanwhile, there was anticipation over how heavy Charlo would come in since he was fighting above 154 for the first time. The American weighed in exactly the same as Canelo (167.4 pounds) in what was a career-high weight. The impact of the weight will be vital since Charlo’s agility and speed are his key attributes. With that being said, here are the full results.
