Choi-Stephens To Headline UFC St. Louis

The UFC has announced what will headline January 14th’s event from St. Louis.

On December 16th’s UFC on FOX 26 broadcast, it was made official that featherweights, Jeremy Stephens and Doo Ho Choi will join the card and act as its headliner.

This will be the first time in over three years that Stephens will compete in the main event for the UFC, and the third of his career. The last was in June 2014 when he took a decision loss to Cub Swanson.

Stephens is also looking to win his second fight in a row after defeating Gilbert Melendez in his most recent fight at UFC 215.

Choi, who lost to Swanson in his most recent fight at UFC 206 in December 2016, will enter his first ever headlining fight since joining the UFC.

Prior to the Swanson defeat, Choi had won his first three UFC bouts by first-round knockout.

UFC Fight Night 124 takes place at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo., on Jan. 14.
