Chuck Liddell Accuses Ex-Wife Of Abducting Their Teenage Daughter

Chuck Liddell this week filed an emergency custody request in Los Angeles County Superior Court asking that his 14-year-old daughter, Guinevere, be returned and placed in his full custody.

According to Liddell’s filing, his ex-wife Heidi took Guinevere during his custodial week with “no intent to return her,” relocating her to Orange County against existing court orders shortly before Guinevere’s first day of high school.

Liddell claims the move followed an unsuccessful attempt by Heidi to secure court permission to relocate both children to Newport Beach before the fall semester. He also expressed concern that Guinevere could miss school and lose her place on the volleyball team.

The former UFC light heavyweight champion is asking the court to limit Heidi to monitored visitation pending a formal hearing and is seeking sole physical custody of Guinevere and their 13-year-old son, Charlie.

Heidi denies abducting their daughter and says Guinevere asked to remain with her. She also accused Liddell of being “obsessed with staying in my life and trying to control me” since their divorce and said the children “don’t feel safe speaking up to him.”

Liddell and Heidi married in 2011 and finalized their divorce in April 2025. Liddell initially filed for divorce in 2021 following a domestic violence incident. Prosecutors later declined to file charges against either Liddell or Heidi in connection with that incident.
