Ciryl Gane, Tai Tuivasa Records Near 20-Pound Weight Difference Ahead Of UFC Paris

Tai Tuivasa has a slight edge over Ciryl Gane ahead of their fight on Saturday.

Gane weighed in at 247 pounds at Friday’s weigh-ins for UFC Paris – that’s 19 pounds lighter than rising contender Tuivasa. He tipped the scales at 266 pounds, which is the maximum limit for a non-title heavyweight fight.

This marked Gane’s third straight fight that he came in at 247 pounds.

For the co-main event, former middleweight champion Robert Whittaker and UFC title challenger Marvin Vettori both weighed in at 186 pounds.
