Conor Finally In Fighting Shape

Conor McGregor (22-6) posted training images and videos showcasing a leaner physique ahead of his UFC comeback against Max Holloway (27-9) at UFC 329 on July 11.

The former two-division champion appeared visibly lighter and more defined in the footage and reignited debate about what McGregor can still produce inside the octagon after years of inactivity.

McGregor has not competed since breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in 2021, with a planned 2024 return against Michael Chandler falling through due to a broken toe in training. His latest physical transformation has divided opinion, with supporters pointing to his condition as evidence he remains a genuine threat in the division while critics question whether appearance alone can predict success after such a lengthy absence from competition.
