The 2026 World Cup, hosted across the United States, Canada and Mexico, kicks off on June 11 in Mexico and runs for just over a month. Should the United States progress beyond the first knockout stage and reach the quarter finals, their fixture could fall on July 11 — the same night as UFC 329 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Two quarter final matches are scheduled for that date, with one set to take place in Miami. The second match is due to kick off at 9pm EST, which would put it in direct competition with the start of the UFC 329 main card.
