Terence Crawford has slid into the Dec. 10 slot on HBO after first two planned bouts fell through, and he seems to have found his opponent. According to ESPN’s Dan Rafael, John Molina Jr. (29-6, 23 KOs) will most likely face Crawford.
I’m told likely Crawford foe Dec. 10 on HBO is @johnmolinajr135. Will mark 1st TR/Haymon non-purse bid deal other than May-Pac in years.

The fight has come together quickly and thus Crawford will face an expectedly outmatched opponent. In Molina’s last bout, he fought Russian boxer Ruslan Provodnikov, who is nowhere near Crawford’s level of versatility and experience.
The fight will take place in Crawford’s hometown of Omaha, Nebraska.
Crawford, the unified lightweight champion, has been talking about moving up to welterweight with hopes of challenging that division’s top competitors.
Ill move up after i get that WBA and IBF. So the sooner they fight me the sooner yall see me at WW.
