Terence Crawford will have a victory parade in his city of Omaha, Nebraska, on August 12th, 2023, following his win over Errol Spence Jr.
Crawford created history by becoming undisputed in two weight divisions, as he stopped Spence in the ninth round.
The feat was all the more impressive, given he dropped Spence three times in a one-sided fight.
The victory made Bud the first undisputed welterweight champion of the four-belt era, something which the greats like Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao could not do.

It is only fitting, then, that Bud receives the warmest of welcomes. The parade will take place between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m from Downtown Omaha on Farnam Street (19th) up to the Gene Leahy Mall, Riverfront.
Jean Stothert, who happens to be the mayor of the city, had this to say.
“Let’s celebrate Terence together for his outstanding achievements as a world champion and coach and mentor to the youth at B&B Sports Academy, His genuine interest in the young people of Omaha shows his real strength in preparing the next generations for success. The City is proud to create this event that honors him and that everyone can participate in.”
