Cro Cop Out Of Bellator 200

In what was set to be one of the biggest events for Bellator has now lost its main event. Mirko Cro Cop has been force to withdraw from the main event of Bellator 200.

Initially reported by Gareth Davies of the Telegraph, Cro Cop pulled out of his Bellator debut against Roy Nelson, due to an undisclosed injury.

Bellator is in the process of finding a replacement for Cro Cop, who was fighting to be the alternate in the Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix.

“Mirko Cro Cop has suffered an undisclosed injury and has been forced off the card, and we are looking at replacements,” said Ryan Grab, Senior Director of Communications & Athlete Strategy at Bellator MMA.

“Carvalho-Mousasi has been moved to the main event and British standout Michael ‘Venom’ Page against American David Rickels has been elevated up to the co-main event fight.”
