Daley Gets New Opponent Ahead Of Bellator 232

Paul Daley’s return to the Bellator cage comes this weekend inside the Mohegan Sun Arena, but it will not be against his initial opponent.

Daley, who was set to face Sabah Homasi following the latter’s 17-second knockout win earlier this year at Bellator 225, will need a new opponent as Homasi was pulled on Tuesday night.

Now, Daley will face off against Saad Awad on the DAZN broadcasted card that will see Douglas Lima and Rory MacDonald facing off in the finals of the Welterweight World Grand Prix for the welterweight title and $1 million.

Awad makes his return to the Bellator cage looking to shake off a three-fight losing streak and make Daley the 11th person he’s defeated by knockout.

Below is the current card for Bellator 232, airing this Saturday on DAZN.
