Dana: McGregor-Cerrone Is “Not Even Close” To Done

While doing his Joe Rogan Experience Fight Companion during UFC’s debut on ESPN, Joe Rogan confirmed that a fight between Donald Cerrone and Conor McGregor was “a done deal,” which came as news to UFC President Dana White.

Speaking with TMZ Sports, White refuted the claims from the UFC announced, telling them that  it’s “Not true. Not even close.”

While Joe Rogan claimed it was a “done deal,” White explained that “it’s not even close to being done,” especially with McGregor under suspension until later this spring for his role in the brawl at UFC 229 following his submission loss to Khabib Nurmagomedov.
