Dana White Reveals Plans For A UFC Documentary And A Comedy With Adam Sandler
Dana White is reportedly working on a behind-the-scenes documentary of the UFC and a comedy which will involve Hollywood actor Adam Sandler contributing to the latter.
According to reports, White disclosed the news when he appeared on ‘The Pat McAfee Show.’
During the course of that process, White was asked about Conor McGregor’s Netflix documentary, ‘Forever McGregor.’ That is when the UFC President let on that the organization is working on its own venture.
“It’s not easy to just whip out a documentary and do it,” White explained. “But we’re doing a deal right now with Roku where we’re filming a documentary behind the scenes of the UFC, that will come out later this year. [It’s about] the whole business. You guys will see all the behind the scenes.
“We’re working on that [documentary], we’re also working on a show right now with Adam Sandler that’s a comedy about working in the offices of the UFC,” White said.
The projects will no doubt increase the appeal of the UFC at a time where its competitors are moving strong.
The emergence of the PFL and Bellator has increased competition in the MMA world, which is why these steps could set the UF apart.

It will be fun, I’d be surprised if Kevin James wasn’t involved.
