This past Friday, Dana White posted a side by side comparison displaying his impressive body transformation between March 2017 and September 2023 to his Instagram page.

While he was online, he also took the time to head over to Twitter (X), and absolutely roast Showtime Boxing’s Stephen Espinoza following a broadcast error during ONE Championship’s live stream of ONE Fight Night 14: Stamp vs. Ham.

White has been working with Dr. Gary Brecka, a Biologist who has a company that can make estimations in regard to mortality. Back in September 2022, Brecka estimated that on White’s current trajectory, he has roughly 10.4 years to live.
But, apparently, thanks to Brecka’s 10x Health System, that timeline has been vastly increased. Additionally, the system has curbed many of White’s daily health issues, and of course has contributed to him obtaining a physique that most 54-year-olds can only dream of.
The war of words between the UFC’s CEO and Stephen Espinoza, President of Showtime Boxing, got started back in 2017 when the pair co-promoted the monumental crossover boxing match between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather. Since then, it has been public knowledge that neither can stand one another.
The feud was reignited by White’s comments surrounding the rumors of Showtime Sports getting out of the boxing business.

Espinoza fired back at White by discrediting the rumors, and focused his response from an angle of revenue generation:
“[The] UFC has never done a gate of $20 million in its entire history. We’ve done it three times since April. Like I said, this is special. This is different. There’s nothing else going on in combat sports that matches this type of event. We have to enjoy this event. We need to savor it. This is the best our sport has to offer,”

Of course, Espinoza was not responsible for the technical difficulties that ONE Championship faced during Danielle Kelly’s walkout, in which a coffee runner seems to have gotten lost and begun walking the same route that the fighters take to get to the cage. But, White joked that this is the same level of production miscalculation that Showtime Boxing has come to be known for.
